On How To Make Eyebrows
For The Sims 3 Game With
Photoshop And CTU
(CAS Texture+Unitool)
What you will need for this tutorial:
1.A Graphics Editor capable of supporting DDS- I’m going to use in this tutorial Photoshop CS5.

2.You probably need to install a plugin for your 2D application in order to work with DDS files.
For Photoshop go here.

and choose the NVIDIA Plug-in for Adobe Photoshop (32-bit) (8.52.0208.1800)
download and install the plugin ,
for windows 7 64 bit also choose the 32 bit option!

3. Go To And Download CTU .
For Windows 7 Make sure to download and install :
DirectX runtime (March 2009)
Install CTU and open it .
If You also want a sims 3 pack version of your file hers is what you will need to do

1. Download TSR Workshop from here

2.open TSR and import the package to TSR .

3.Export the file to sims3pack .

4.extract the file to package again with S3CE found here

5.open TSR and import the extracted new package .

6.Replace the overlay DDS with the DDS you made for this eyebrow

7.Export the file again to sims3pack.
